*** On January 25, 2024, Full-Circle Athlete, LLC’s Chapter 11 Plan was confirmed. The Order of Confirmation eliminated all debts and liens on the assets of the business, but required that the Debtor complete a sale of the business or assets expeditiously. To comply with the Order, the purchase price for the business is being reduced to $175,000 for a limited time. The initial offering price of $350,000 was derived by multiplying the Debtor’s lowest month of gross receipts by 12 and adding in $50,000 for the hypothetical liquidation value of the business’ assets. The sale at $175,000, half of the original list price, still includes all the businesses’ assets, its Franchise Agreement, its customer lists, and all other assets. To satisfy the Court that the highest or best offer has been presented, any presented offer to purchase at $175,000 must be subject to a short period of time for higher or better bids.
