He cut his teeth under the mentorship of auction industry legends. And those legends witnessed Justin grow into an innovative magnetic, and unifying visionary with decades of extensive market knowledge and an exhaustive list of industry relationships built on trust, respect, and results. Justin understands that it takes a nationwide community of resources to offer the best solution and highest value to his clients. 

As with all the Weeks family of companies, the needs of Weeks Farm Machinery’s clients necessitated the expansion of services. The Weeks Group, LLC was born from the expressed real estate needs of the agricultural landowning community. Due to his thorough understanding of agricultural land use and management and being an agricultural landowner himself, Justin brings a seasoned perspective to the team when bringing buyers and sellers together in a real estate transaction.
